I had been living a life that wasn't fulfilling, wanting more out of life, something to give me purpose.

Working in one job for too long I switched to something else and started to feel a bit alive but only when I was helping others, or when I was easing someone's difficulties was I truly happy.
​
That is when I found Life coaching and decided to make it my passion. I took the firs step and enrolled in a certification course.

And now I am here.

Digital 1 on 1 coaching
Using the chat service that we find most comfortable (more than likely Zoom or something similar), we will chat about the goals you wish to achieve and make a plan that best fits you.
1 on 1 face to face
If you live in the area where I live, or are able to travel, we can have one on one meetings to speak of your goals and create a plan for you to follow while we are apart.
Goal oriented journaling
I have found that writing and drawing has helped many that I have coached in the past. This could help you, if you wish to try it, I encourage it.
